A fifth-generation brewer from Germany, Dennis worked his way up from brewing school and apprenticeships to a master’s in brewing. Yeah, they make those. After 12 years of running Dallas staple, Franconia Brewing, he’s now working his magic for Truck Yard and Second Rodeo.
Our whiskey collection is loaded with hard-to-find Bourbons and hand-picked select barrels. We can also serve you a cocktail from our full bar or wine if that’s what tickles your fancy.
