Fermented. Soured. It’s not just brewing, it’s science.
Explore all our sours below.
A bold twist on our sour, fermented with dark cherry purée for rich fruit flavor. Balanced tartness and a dry, crisp finish from Champagne yeast make it refreshingly smooth.
A bold, fruit-forward sour with juicy black currant sweetness and earthy tartness. Bright aroma and a crisp, refreshing finish that keeps you coming back.
A smooth Berliner Weisse with juicy peach purée, balancing tartness and sweetness. Bright acidity and stone fruit flavor make it light, refreshing, and perfect for easy sipping.
A bold blend of sour beer and pickle juice delivers a sharp, tangy kick balanced by the spicy, briny flavors you’d expect from your favorite pickle.
Green leaves and delicate white flowers from a German woodland herb add an earthy, hay-like flavor with a hint of sweetness to balance the tartness.
A kettle-soured Berliner Weisse with refreshing notes of cucumber and bright lemon, offering a crisp, slightly sweet flavor reminiscent of a Jolly Rancher. Light, tart, and perfect for easy sipping.
Our whiskey collection is loaded with hard-to-find Bourbons and hand-picked select barrels. We can also serve you a cocktail from our full bar or wine if that’s what tickles your fancy.
If brewing is a science, Brew Boss Dennis Wehrmann is the mad scientist. A fifth-generation brewer from Germany, Dennis worked his way up from brewing school and apprenticeships to a master’s in brewing. Yeah, they make those. After 12 years of running Dallas staple, Franconia Brewing, he’s now working his magic for Truck Yard and Second Rodeo.
Our tap room space is available for private parties!
